The storefront was secured first, then prepared for the new fixed glass panel.
The damaged front pane could not be left exposed. Temporary board-up protected the restaurant while the broken glass was removed, the frame opening cleaned and the replacement panel prepared.
Opening Preparation
Broken glass and old glazing were removed
The damaged pane was removed and the storefront opening was cleaned so the frame and glazing pocket were ready for the replacement panel.
New Glass — Exterior
The replacement pane was installed in the existing storefront frame
The new fixed glass panel was fitted into the prepared opening and secured in the existing restaurant frontage.
Finished Interior
The completed glass was checked from inside
The finished pane restored the storefront opening while keeping the existing frame and surrounding frontage in service.
