BoardUp is a mobile response service and does not operate a customer-facing storefront. Customers call or send photos of the damaged opening, and we confirm the appropriate service path before dispatch.
The first step depends on the condition of the opening. Some jobs need plywood board-up or temporary protection. Others can move directly to glass replacement or a focused door, frame, jamb or hinge repair.

Keep the job documentation
Job photos and an itemized invoice are available for your records. If insurance may be involved, tell us when you call. Your insurer or adjuster determines coverage and claim requirements.

Ask for WSIB clearance and commercial liability insurance details when arranging service for your property.
